Summary

  • stop treating the BetterFit mark as a mascot or workout illustration
  • use the supplied identity badge for greeting states and a functional profile avatar for users
  • replace workout-card bars with a shared articulated vector rig for push, pull, legs, and cardio poses
  • add independently colorable front/back anatomy shapes mapped directly to BodyRegion
  • reuse the same body-map geometry in Plan and Recovery
  • refresh README screenshots to show the corrected artwork

Asset roles

  • Identity: supplied BetterFit artwork, no face or mood states
  • Avatar: initials or system guest silhouette
  • Movement: one vector rig with pose-specific joints and equipment
  • Anatomy: region-addressable vectors for chest, back, shoulders, arms, core, and legs
  • Mascot/pet: none, so no sprite system is introduced

Verification

  • targeted SwiftLint: 0 violations in the new design-system files
  • mise run ios:build:dev
  • mise run test: 95 Swift tests and 23 pipeline checks pass
  • visually inspected Workout, Plan, and Profile on iPhone 16 simulator

Separate brand marks, profile identity, workout movement, and anatomy so each visual has one clear role. Recovery regions now map directly to independently colorable vector shapes.
